REGINA – Bill Boyd and the CBC have resolved the lawsuit commenced by Mr. Boyd in 2016 following the publication of two articles written by Geoff Leo about certain land transactions in connection with the Global Transportation Hub. The resolution was reached after the parties participated in a confidential mediation process.
